Senate Committee on DHS Examines FDA E-Cig Regulations

On May 17, 2016 The Senate Committee on Homeland Security sent a letter to the Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration, informing the FDA that they are examining the authority the FDA has over the e-cigarette industry, and the effect thereof on American small businesses.

It seems as vapers, and the manufactures and distributors of the products they use might finally be getting a break from the oppressive federal bureaucracy and the commercial tobacco sector. However, it always makes me wonder why, when the US government steps in to seemingly help it’s citizens these days.
